AI Voice Interview

First-round interviews ate recruiter hours. The platform needed a way to interview many candidates at once, by voice, and rank them consistently.

The admin sets up the interview: either the default question set that ChatGPT generates for the job, or their own questions. A candidate joins from their invitation, and the client opens a WebSocket that carries the session for the whole interview — each question going out, each recorded answer coming back, with the connection state surfaced in the UI so a dropped line is obvious, not silent.

Every answer is scored on the value of what was said and the candidate accumulates credits across the interview. The platform shortlists from those credits, so a recruiter opens a ranked list rather than a pile of recordings.
